Waterfront Luxury
This exclusive waterfront estate on Cape Cod offers the most gracious of lifestyles. We produced two segments for this Kinlin Grover property. The first is a lifestyle “teaser” spot which shows the property in all its glory. A perfect way to introduce the property to a new prospect or to reintroduce the property after a showing in less-than-perfect weather.
The second production is what we call a Walkthru Presentation, a unique tour of a property using a motion-still technique. Each Walkthru includes script developemnt, a professional voice over, music track, and custom branding elements. We typically provide brand and unbranded versions for MLS and corporate/personal websites, blogs, newsletters, etc. Share/embed/like allow viewers to easily interact with your content and broaden the exposure.
